SPECTRUM FINE HOMES, INC.
Spectrum Fine Homes Family of Experts

Bob Davis, CR, CKBR, CGBP
President & General Contractor

Provides Superior Construction Services

Bob started working in construction related fields with a job as a finish carpenter installing teak interiors in world class yachts in Southern California in 1972. In 1976, Bob and Susan relocated to the Bay Area and Bob pursued work as a cabinet/furniture maker in local shops, changing to remodeling homes in 1978. Bob acquired his Contractors license in 1988 while pursuing his graduate degree from San Jose State University and after working as a journeyman carpenter for ten years.

Bob has developed a strong sense and appreciation for good design and attention to detail as a result of combining his Master of Fine Arts degree in sculpture with his skills as a finish carpenter. Bob further achieved his Certified Remodeler status with the National Association of the Remodeling Industry (NARI) in 1999, and his Certified Kitchen & Bath Remodeler status in 2003. In 2004 he became a Certified Green Building Professional through the program sponsored by Bay Area Build It Green and NARI. The growth of SPECTRUM FINE HOMES has prevented Bob from working with his hands to the extent he would like, but he prides himself in imparting the same attention to detail in the company’s projects and in management, that he was accustomed to giving his artistic endeavors.
